TPS team have been busy during Railtex this year – With new products to showcase and a fresh stand design, we made this year’s event unforgettable!
We exhibited in Hall 3 at the NEC, Birmingham, between the 14-16 May 2019. Can you recognise our stand?
We have received a number of visits in our new stand from top train builders and operators such as Chiltern Railways, Alstom, Hitachi or Siemens.
In addition to hosting stand visitors and attending meetings, we have also provided Railtex organisers with an interview on our exhibits and current projects – description that was delivered by our Engineering and Business Development Manager, Dr. Nigel Jakeman:
Which units did we exhibit?
- Our recently developed Auxiliary Power Supply for London Underground’s Central Line was one of the main attractions in our stand. This brand-new and cutting-edge system is being built for our life-long customer – Bombardier Transportation. The new APS unit has stirred curiosity due to its compact design and new SiC technology that it incorporates.
- The innovative APS system for Monorail was also displayed in our stand, unit which has been developed with efficient maintenance in mind due to it’s modular design.
The event has just completed its 14th year! Railtex is the UK’s leading exhibition for railway equipment, systems and services, which brings industry professionals together in one place to network and discover the latest technologies and projects within the railway sector.
