Less than 4 weeks to go…! Finishing Touches made to Papilio3 V2X Fast Hub ready for Cenex Expo Debut

Less than four weeks to go….! It’s been great catching up with project partners as finishing touches are made to the Papilio3 V2X Fast Hub ready for its debut at Cenex Expo on 4-5 September *

The V2X Fast Hub is based on 3ti’s award-winning Papilio3 pop-up mini solar car park and EV charging hub, which can host 12 EVs at a time. It is housed within an upcycled, rapidly deployable shipping container that can be placed almost anywhere.

Funded by the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero and delivered by Innovate UK, the hub’s innovative DC microgrid bi-directional technology enables V2X (Vehicle to Everything) capability unlocking a smarter approach to the way we manage energy as we tackle the electrification challenge.

We’ll be joining project leaders 3ti and partners Cenex and Grid beyond at Cenex Expo at Millbrook UTAC to demonstrate the technology and answer questions.
